Incredible and favourable location not far from a shop, restaurant and vaporetto station and the centre of Dorsoduro with excellent transport connections, cafés and eateries were very close to the hotel. I loved hot beverages at Gelateria al Sole.

The owner, Naoko, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my trip was memorable. She even helped me secure tickets to a must-see viewpoint in Venice that was usually difficult to obtain. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, including unexpected extras like mosquito spray. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area just a short walk from the main attractions. The photos online didn't do the room justice - it was even more beautiful in person. The only downside was the lack of a finished garden, which would have been a perfect spot to relax. However, this minor drawback didn't take away from the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Carbonaia for anyone visiting Venice. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to others.

Room had a Japanese touch, like being in Tokyo. Loved the bathroom. Quiet area and easy arrival from vaporetto.
Oh, they forgot to include a TV. Guess I'll just stare at the walls for entertainment.

We had an amazing stay at Carbonaia Venezia. Naoko and Matteo were incredibly welcoming and made our time in Venice truly memorable. Naoko was very responsive and provided us with helpful information. Matteo even showed us to a delicious eatery and introduced us to delectable antipasti. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of recommended eateries nearby. We will definitely return if we visit Venice again.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The twin room at Carbonaia Venezia was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Venice. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance to the room.
Personally, I found the absence of a kitchenette in the double room a bit disappointing. However, I understand that some guests may prefer to dine out and explore the local cuisine.
